Practice Experience
Kung Fu(or Wushu) is the quintessence of China and a treasure in our traditional culture. I like kung fu because I think it is not only beautiful in appearance, but also can strengthen physical fitness. It is a kind of whole-body exercise. Unknowingly, practicing martial arts has become a habit and a part of my life.
Wudang Kung Fu emphasizes the “unity of man and nature” and the way of nature, which contains rich philosophical principles. In the process of practicing martial arts, you can not only strengthen your body, but also enhance your self-defense ability; learning martial arts is not just a kind of physical exercise, but also learning other aspects of Chinese martial arts. Learning martial arts can change a person’s impetuous character, and learn to hone himself and strengthen his will in every move. Learning martial arts itself is very hard, and it is a process that accumulates over time. You must have persistent beliefs, not afraid of hardships, tiredness, and not shrinking when encountering difficulties, and go forward bravely.
