The Wudang Mountains are a sacred Taoist mountain range situated within the Hubei province of China. Dotted across the beautiful landscape are hundreds of temples and palaces dating from as early as the 7th century.
By drawing Taoist practitioners these monasteries have acquired a renown and mystique for their excellence in medicine, Chinese martial arts and meditation. It is from this foundation that the Wudang Kung-Fu school draws its background and inspiration for presenting the Chinese martial forms.
